Aquatic Eco Systems

1. I would describe the health of the aquatic ecosystems as poor and not cared enough about. Also I would point out that 90% of large predator fish are gone according to the article, "and many scientists estimate that we've lost at least 90% of large predatory fish like sharks and swordfish as populations of once abundant commercial species like bluefin tuna have crashed."

2. Bug gane fishing and trash are being dumped into the aquatic ecosystems everyday.
3. My personal connection is I require on these oceans for life. Not only drinking water but oxygen and many other things.
4. Humans play the role of a destructor in this biosphere. We are destroying the natural habitat and the long term effects are not good.
5.Yes I feel like they understand but the stupendous people of the major countries dont care. For instance Madagascar may care alot about the ocean but if they cut back their waste it wouldnt do much but if America did it would be amazing. Yet the careless America doesnt feel like it.

Power Balance

1. What are your thoughts on the effectiveness of the Power Balance Bands?  What evidence did you find to support this opinion?
1. I thinnk these bands are ineffective. this is because the ceo or high ranking employee could not tell who had the band on or not.

2.  Make your own hypothesis on the effectiveness of the bands and describe how you would test your hypothesis (in detail).

2. I believe the "band" is all a mind trick and when you tell them what the "band" does their mind responds but doing this. I cant test this by giving people real "bands" and fake "bands" and tell them they are all the same and perform the same tests they did for examples of proving the power balance bands.

3.  Why is it necessary to look at all sides of the issue before forming a hypothesis or setting up an investigation?

3. This is necessary because different tests can prove different things. For instance when they proved the "band" worked you may have thought it was true but when you did the other tests it could sway you from your decision.
